Summer is the time of the year you spend most of your time outside and at events or parties. With that being said, it's the greatest time to break out your favorite wardrobe pieces and let the world check out your fit! Here at Spruce we picked a couple of our favorites pieces and put together some great outfits for you. [We've tagged these as #SpruceFits so you can find them on all of our social media.]
With the past few days being scorchers, our first outfit is great for any warm day this summer. This outfit features the ($39) Slub Feeder Stripe Tee from Original Penguin, the shirt's white and grey stripes allow it to work with almost any outfit. We paired that shirt with the perfect essentials, the ($54) Brixton Murphy Chino Shorts. The Murphy short is a deep black color which is perfect for any occasion and they'll sit right at the knee for a great fit.
To tie the whole outfit together we've added some great accessories including a ($29.99) Primitive Logo Trucker in black , ($10) Benny Gold Destination socks and a pair of ($69.95) KOMONO Clement sunglasses - these accessories help pull the whole color scheme together.
To add a little more flare to the outfit we threw in a few pieces of jewelry. The first piece being the black and silver ($38) Opposite Bracelet. This bracelet is a perfect fit because of the black and silver accents that compliment the full color scheme. Also, you can't forget the ($31) Iron Classic necklace with the heart pendant to top it all off.
When you want to step your game up, then this next fit is the perfect one for you. Starting it off with a great suit jacket alternative is the lightweight ($150) Rizzoli blazer. Pairing the jacket with a a great light tan pair of ($89) P-55 Chinos adds more depth and offers much more a summer look.
Under the blazer we added the brand new ($89) Original Penguin Paisley Print button-down which has a subtle white print on top of the lighter blue base. This shirt is a summer must have in my opinion, especially when paired with a great ($45) bow tie and ($15) pocket square.
Here we chose 2 pieces from our Spring/Summer collab with Knotty Ties. The vibrant colors in both add a needed flare to the outfit and breaks up the cooler colors. A clean loafer has become a summer must have to help elevate any outfit, by pairing the ($99) Charles loafer we've kept a high-end feel with max comfortability. And to finish any fit off, a great pair of sunglasses is always key. We've added the ($69.95) Francis Dark Tortoise frames to compliment the darker tones and browns throughout this fit.
